ALBA (Active Living Becomes Achievable) is a physical activity intervention developed by the Scottish Association for Mental Health, which aims to help individuals experiencing poor physical or mental wellbeing to increase and maintain their physical activity levels. You will receive up to 16 weeks of free support on a one to one basis. You can be referred through the existing Exercise Referral Scheme managed by the Leisure Trust in Fife or a health professional working in partnership with ALBA.

During Covid19 the Fife Bipolar Group has joined online with the Forth Valley Group for the duration of lockdown. Anyone who lives with bipolar in either location is very welcome to attend these online meetings through Zoom. Friends/family/carers/partners of people with a bipolar diagnosis are equally welcome to attend. The meetings are free and you don't have to be a Bipolar Scotland member to take part.
