We were established with the aim of working with a wide variety of young people, aged between 12–25 years. So far these have included those with learning disabilities, disadvantaged young people & young carers, who often miss out on so much while helping others. Activities are dependent on weather & tides and can range from abseiling to archery, camping, climbing, fishing, gorge scrambling, hill walking, kayaking, night navigation, orienteering, rafting, sailing, mountain biking & coasteering.

Glenrothes Strollers PAN Disability (external link)
An all inclusive club which promotes fairness and equality and football for all. The Para Football Team are for players with a physical, learning or Sensory disability. This is for players of all ages and sessions are geared towards development and skill learning whilst having fun. Kidz-U-Nite provides a safe place for young people, of secondary school age, with Additional Support Needs and their families to socialise and have fun. There will be Table Football, Wii, Table Tennis, PlayStation, etc as well as a space to just hang out. Younger siblings will be able to access crafts, games, etc. Kidz-U-Nite is held fortnightly on a Thursday between 7:00pm and 8:30pm and costs just ÂŁ2 per family.

Respite Fife (external link)
Respite Fife is a small local charity providing short break respite care to adults with learning difficulties. Respite is provided within two bungalows in Kirkcaldy and two ground floor flats in Kinglassie. We offer short breaks either through the week or at weekends. Service Users have their own bedroom, within a relaxed, comfortable environment. All care staff are qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and are also registered with the Scottish Social Service Council.

This is a social club for people with additional support needs, plus their friends and family members. It runs on a Thursday evening in the Cosmos Centre in St Andrews from 6:30pm to 8pm. We rely on volunteers from St Andrews University so can only operate between October and December, then February to May.

West Fife Helping Hands Club (external link)
We are a registered charity that caters for Young People and Adults with Various Disabilities. We meet in Rosyth Baptist Church on Thursday nights from 1845 to 2045 providing a social place to mix with people of similar needs. We do various activities such as karaoke, baking, disco, film nights, games and arts and crafts. You can find more about us on our Facebook page. We do fundraising to enable us to take the members on day trips or a pantomime and our annual Christmas party.
