ALBA (external link)
ALBA (Active Living Becomes Achievable) is a physical activity intervention developed by the Scottish Association for Mental Health, which aims to help individuals experiencing poor physical or mental wellbeing to increase and maintain their physical activity levels. You will receive up to 16 weeks of free support on a one to one basis. You can be referred through the existing Exercise Referral Scheme managed by the Leisure Trust in Fife or a health professional working in partnership with ALBA.
Anstruther Lifeboat Station (external link)
Anstruther Lifeboat Station is one of the few RNLI "explorer" stations; a station available to the public to visit for most of the year. Displays and films illustrate the history and work of the RNLI and there's a hands-on experience for the children. Auchtermuchty Common (external link)
Auchtermuchty Common is approx 30 acres of land lying just to the north of Auchtermuchty in Fife, Scotland. The common is managed by the Macduff Trust which was set up by the old Town Council, the original Trustees were Town Councillors. Ownership now resides with the Trust who maintain the common for public use and its special conservation value as unimproved grassland.

We train activity and therapy dogs to work with specialist handlers in communities and schools.
