Arden House provides day care to elderly and Dementia service users over 6 days per week. We also have a befriending service that allows our support worker to work 1:1 in the persons own home. Arden offers a varied programme of activities and light exercise all which help to stimulate the well being of the service users. The Clubs restore confidence and self-esteem and help combat depression and anxiety, which commonly accompany loneliness and isolation. A small community cafe that serves 'homemade' cakes and treats using (when possible) produce from our community garden. The cafe is held in the schools hall on the first Thursday of every month. The cafe is run by the school children and some adult volunteers. The aim of the cafe is to provide a place where people can come together to get to know each other. We started the Community cafe to tackle chronic loneliness and to bring the members of our community closer together.

We have Messy Splatters for 6mth-5yrs, which is a multi-sensory messy play session.
