Our assistance dogs support adults and children with a range of disabilities and also children with autism. We train activity and therapy dogs to work with specialist handlers in communities and schools. Our PAWS Family Dog team gives advice and support to help people get the most out of their relationship with their pet dog.

Avenue Care Service (external link)
Our Care service offers you support in your own home by providing personal care and practical help. We provide assistance with getting up, dressing, undressing, going to bed, personal hygiene such as going to the toilet, washing and shaving. Household tasks will also be carried out such as bed-making, laundry and some housework. Meals can also be prepared, cooked and assistance offered with feeding if necessary. Our workers will also collect pensions, go shopping and pay bills.
